Very poor valet service.
He asked for a tip without even parking the car — he left it in the exact same spot where I had left it myself — and on top of that, he spoke rudely to my wife when we didn’t give him anything.
For a restaurant of this level, this gives a truly awful image.
Such treatment of customers should never be allowed.

Overall the place is good. The atmosphere is nice and the restaurant is well kept. During the meal there is also a very entertaining magician walking around the tables which makes the experience more fun.

The food was good and the waiters were polite and professional throughout the meal.

The only very negative point was the valet parking, which was a complete disaster. Poor organization and a lot of chaos with the cars.

Honestly, I hope that this year they don’t ask for tips just for using the parking, because with that level of service it doesn’t make much sense.

Apart from that, the restaurant experience was correct.

The food was very good and the show as well, nothing to complain about there.

The problem is the valet parking: unprofessional and poorly managed. They basically just point to where you have to park and still ask for a tip for doing almost nothing.

This is not the level of service you expect from a place like this. It really takes away from the overall experience when arriving and leaving.

A terrible experience with the valet parking at El Carnicero.
To this day, I'm still waiting for my car key, which was lost under their responsibility. I only have the spare key.
The handling of the situation has been appalling, and no one is offering a clear solution.
If they don't send me the key immediately, I will be forced to file a complaint. A complete lack of professionalism in a service that should be completely trustworthy.

IF YOU WANT TO KNOW AND/OR EXPERIENCE THE ESSENCE OF IBIZA'S MEAT CULTURE AND ATMOSPHERE... THIS WILL BE YOUR FAVORITE PLACE!!

Santi... you're in a league of your own (a different breed)!!!!

Best meat on the island... best themed dinners, huge parking, close to Ibiza Town... taxis constantly coming and going to the place, especially to Santi; he's the best!
Ahhh... don't miss the tomahawk steak!!

There are many details that good valet services usually take care of, and this one clearly doesn’t: the car is not prepared when returned, there is a lack of care and attention, and the staff do not inspire confidence or experience. You don’t feel comfortable leaving your car there. On top of that, the next day I noticed a small dent that wasn’t there before, and the valet denied any responsibility. To make things worse, the valet explicitly asked for a tip, which felt very inappropriate given the level of service. For a venue of this level, the service is well below expectations. I do not recommend it.

El Carnicero in Ibiza offers a dining experience in a beautifully designed setting. The ambiance is charming, with stylish decor that enhances the overall atmosphere. The service was top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

The entertainment, including the shows, added a fun and lively touch to the evening, making it more than just a typical dinner outing. As for the food, the meat was of high quality and well-prepared, living up to the restaurant's reputation. However, the vegetable dishes were somewhat underwhelming and lacked the same level of attention.

The prices are on the higher side, which is to be expected given the location and the experience. Overall, El Carnicero is a great choice for those seeking good meat and a vibrant atmosphere, though the vegetable sides could use some improvement.

The restaurant is fantastic, from the food to the service and the experience itself.

Getting to the venue is very easy and if you're driving, don't worry because there's a large parking lot.

The venue is beautifully decorated and I liked the fact that it's outdoors. The service is attentive and pleasant. The food is delicious.

Throughout the dinner there are several animations that make the moment even more fun and unique, I definitely want to do it again!

Interesting place in Eivissa that is somewhat majestic in the way it has been accommodated. Plenty of different areas each one with its own story. The staff is kind, attentive and efficient. Cocktails area great. The wine we chose was great as well. Now, the food: the meat is good but for my taste I think I had better in some other places across Europe. No criticism here. It is only a question of taste. Bit expensive but in the end we are in Eivissa for fun, right? 😉
